WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO?
⦁ Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service.
⦁ Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, increasing revenue and promoting customer loyalty.
⦁ Ability to handle customer complaints, process orders or requests, and maintain accurate records of interactions with customers.
⦁ Contact potential and current customers via outbound calls to advertise and highlight our clients’ products and services.
⦁ Establish sales objectives, handle objections, address concerns and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
